Terms and Conditions of Use for the Support Ticket System

Welcome to Wind&Sun Service Support Ticket System. By using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting a support ticket.
1. Purpose of the Service
The support ticket system is intended to provide our clients with an efficient tool for managing queries, incidents, and requests related to the services and products contracted with Wind&Sun Service.
2. Access to the System
- Access to the ticket system is limited to registered clients of Wind&Sun Service.
- Each client is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information provided when creating a ticket.
- Unauthorised access or misuse of the system may result in suspension of the service.
3. Proper Use of the Service
By using this system, the client agrees to:
- Not submit false, offensive, or illegal information.
- Avoid including sensitive data (such as credit card numbers, passwords, medical information, etc.) in tickets, unless strictly necessary for the provision of the service.
- Use respectful and professional language at all times.
4. Response and Support Times
- Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the ticket and the type of service contracted.
- Tickets will be handled in order of receipt during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (local time, Spain).
- Immediate responses are not guaranteed unless a specific SLA (Service Level Agreement) has been contracted.
5. Limitation of Liability
Wind&Sun Service accepts no responsibility for data loss submitted by the client through the system, nor for temporary interruptions to the service.
Support is limited exclusively to the products and/or services contracted.
6. Ownership of Information
All information exchanged within the ticket system will be treated as confidential and used solely for managing the requested support, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Modifications
Wind&Sun Service reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
